Magic Wheelchair

Magic Wheelchair reached out to me at Living Illusion Studio in the fall of 2019 as a local artist. Jacob Eldred, a fellow Cortland native, had been on their waiting list for Magic Wheelchair for several years. I jumped at the opportunity to volunteer, a true design for a good experience.

Magic Wheelchair also reached out to Amanda Truin, a creative based in Binghamton, NY, and part of the Triple Cities Maker Space.

Living Illusion Studio, in collaboration with Triple Cities Maker Space, created a SpongeBob SquarePants-themed Magic Wheelchair for Jacob, allowing him to participate in the Cortland County Halloween Parade. This gift provided wonderful memories for Jacob and his lovely family, and it was a heartwarming collaborative experience that we will never forget as artists.
